  • Elise Huang
    Managing Partner
    Elise brings nearly 30 years of expertise in venture capital. As Managing Partner since 2016, she leads multi-stage technology investments. Previously, she served as a Partner at WestSummit Capital in Silicon Valley for seven years and as Vice President at Vertex Ventures Holdings, the venture capital arm of Temasek Holdings.
    Over her distinguished career, she has achieved more than 20 exits through IPOs and M&A. Her notable investments include Unity Software, Twitch, UiPath, Navitas Semi, Pinterest, FLYR, SoFi, Figure, Upgrade and Netskope etc.
    Elise earned her MBA from the University of Dubuque, B.A. in Economic Law from Southwest University of Political Science & Law, and completed the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
  • John Lin
    Partner
    John joined Olive Technology Ventures in 2025 with over 15 years in venture capital and startup experience. Previously, he helped open up the West Coast Tech Practice of F-prime Capital and was a Principal at Trinity Ventures. He also served as a Venture Partner at Swift Ventures and Angel Investor.
    Over his career, John has invested in startups primarily in AI, Enterprise SaaS, and Fintech, including Side, Squire, Weights and Biases, Betterment, Albert Invent, Tavus, Keep, Synapse, Apostrophe, and others. He also served as Head of Product and Technology of various startups and began his career at McKinsey and Yelp.
    John graduated with a dual degree in Computer Science and Business from UC Berkeley.
