Mr. Yin has over 21 years’ experience in financial sector. He is a veteran in product development and investment advisory in private banking and wealth management fields.

Prior to joining Olive, he previously held various senior management positions in large investment institutions, including CPE Yuanfeng, Summit Partners, a private equity firm, and Samsung Group in South Korea.

He received his Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University. Also, he is a CFA charterholder.

Carl was the Head of Fixed Income at a HK-based, multi-family office Avenue Group for 4 years.

Further to that, he held a Portfolio Manager role at various well-known asset management firms in the region, including Nexus Investment Advisors Ltd, Samena Capital and a few others.

He began his career at Bank of America (Asia) as a fixed income analyst, covering Asian investment grade and high yield issuers.

He has a BBA degree with High Distinction from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is a CFA charterholder.

From 2007 to January 2014, he worked at Deloitte China, where he successively held positions as Associate Auditor, Senior Auditor, and Audit Manager

In 2014, he joined the Product Department of Noah Holdings. He has since served as Senior Product Manager and Product Director.

As of now, under his leadership, the team has cumulatively admitted and issued products with a total scale exceeding 50 billion RMB. He possesses extensive experience in product selection, solution design, and investment management.

He graduated from Zhejiang University with a Master's degree in Management and is a non-practicing member of CICPA.

With 15 years of experience in the U.S. hedge fund industry. Held Senior Portfolio Manager positions at top-tier hedge funds, including Millennium Management and Point72 Asset Management, with a proven track record in managing global macro and quantitative strategy portfolios.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Wuhan University, as well as two Master’s degrees from Georgetown University and University of California, Berkeley.

With over 15 years of experience in investment management and research in the Chinese and American capital markets, she previously was a member of the Product Innovation Expert Group of the CSRC and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. She promoted the research, design, and listing of exchange standard products. She also served as the head of the asset management department of Penghua Funds, accomplishing over $8 billion investment.

She began her career as an analyst and financial product designer at Bosera Funds, and also she provided asset allocation strategy, and consulting services to the largest pension fund in China: the National Social Security Fund Council. She graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a Master's degree in Finance, and has been a recipient of the university's highest scholarship for many consecutive years.

With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, Peng Wei joined Noah in 2012, where he successively held roles as Project Manager, Regional Head, and Head of the Gopher Direct Sales Team in Shanghai. He has extensive expertise in financial investment and product selection.

He holds multiple professional certifications,including the Level 1 National Financial Planner(CHFP) Certificate, the Fund Practitioner Qualification, and the Insurance Broker License. Wei Peng graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a Master’s degree in Economic Law.
